Arab Sea signs SAR 14.9M contract with King Abdulaziz University

Arab Sea Information Systems Co. signed, on Dec.31,  a contract worth SAR 14.9 million, including value-added tax (VAT), with King Abdulaziz University. 

 

The 36-month contract includes providing self-financed managed services to operate administrative, financial, and educational software systems, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.  

 

Furthermore, the company will offer service solutions tailored to specific business needs, whether permanent, temporary, or variable.  

 

The financial impact is expected to appear over the next three years, the statement said, adding that the transaction involves no related parties. 

 

According to data available with Argaam, the contract was awarded on Dec. 18, 2023.
