Arab Sea awarded SAR 14.9M contract by King Abdulaziz University

Arab Sea Information Systems Co. was awarded a project by King Abdulaziz University to provide managed services to operate the university’s self-financed electronic systems for a period of 36 months, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract value is SAR 14.92 million (VAT inclusive), said the company, expecting the contract to be signed by the end of this month.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the company added.

 

Under the contract, Arab Sea will provide self-financed managed services to operate administrative, financial, and educational electronic systems throughout the contract period, while providing service requirements according to business needs.

 

This includes providing permanent, temporary, or variable technical solutions to ensure the implementation of required outputs and the availability and continuity of technical services throughout (7/24), including Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays, in accordance with the highest levels of technology for all systems while applying the best international standards, according to the statement.
