Leejam, Ministry of Municipal Affairs sign MoU to elevate quality of life

Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for a collaborative effort to improve the quality of life for residents in Saudi Arabia.

 

The MoU is geared towards exploring collaborative opportunities to enhance the quality of life for residents in all cities of the Kingdom, Leejam said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The objectives include conducting studies, establishing, operating, and utilizing park sites affiliated with the ministry, adhering to the relevant regulations and instructions.

 

Signed on Nov. 13, the MoU covers a duration of 12 months from the date of signing, with no indicated financial impact.

 

The comprehensive scope of the MoU extends across all cities in diverse regions of the Kingdom.

 

The MoU has no related parties, the statement added.
