Al Rajhi REIT board switches to quarterly dividend policy

Al Rajhi Capital announced that the board of directors of Al Rajhi REIT Fund approved a non-fundamental change to the fund, effective as of Dec. 8, the fund manager said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The fund changed its cash dividend policy from semiannual payouts at the end of February and August, to quarterly dividends at the end of March, June, September and December. Therefore, the dividend payout will be in the following quarter, starting from Q1 2023.

 

The fund manager also indicated that cash dividends will be paid at the end of February 2023 for the first six months of 2022.
