Musharaka REIT Fund’s board of directors approved a non-fundamental change, which will take effect on Aug. 22, fund manager, Musharaka Capital Co., said in a statement to Tadawul.
The non-fundamental change is related to the appointment of RSM International as the fund’s auditors, replacing Baker Tilly.
This change will lower the audit fees from SAR 115,000 to SAR 75,000, Musharaka Capital added.
