Al Maather REIT Fund updates terms, conditions

Al Maather REIT Fund announced today, June 29, updated some of its terms and conditions, fund manager, Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. (OBIC), said in a bourse filing.

 

The fund appointed Allied Accountants RSM as an auditor, replacing PKF Al-Bassam & Co Chartered Accountants, effective as of June 29, 2022, instead of June 22, 2022.
