Arab Sea completes memorandum of association, commercial register for cloud computing subsidiary

Arab Sea Information Systems Co. completed the issuance of the memorandum of association and commercial register to set up a subsidiary company named Era Data Information Technology.

 

The limited liability company, wholly-owned by Arab Sea, has a capital of SAR 5 million, according to a bourse statement.  

 

The company, which specializes in providing cloud computing services, will start its services after all the administrative and technical establishment works are complete.

 

While core requirements are complete, technical establishment works are expected to complete within 60 days, the statement noted.

 

There are no costs associated with the event during the current period, and the financial impact will be announced later, if any, it added.

 

In November, Arab Sea’s board of directors approved the establishment of a fully-owned limited liability company, specializing in cloud computing services, Argaam reported.
