Tadawul: Al Maather REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Al Maather REIT Fund have their ex-dividend today, March 16, 2021.

 

Al Maather REIT will pay a 3.9% cash dividend for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2020, at SAR 0.39 per unit, amounting to SAR 23.93 million.

 

The payment date will be within 15 business days from record date.
