Al Rajhi Capital announces availability of Al Rajhi REIT valuation reports for H1 2020

Fund manager Al Rajhi Capital announced the availability of Al Rajhi REIT Fund’s semi-annual valuation report as of June 30, 2020, according to a bourse filing.

 

The valuation was conducted by Olaat Valuation Company, Valustrat Consulting, and Whitecubes Real Estate, who are independent and licensed valuers, registered with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers.
