Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) expects to disclose its annual financial results for fiscal year 2018 by the end of August, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
It is difficult to measure the financial impact that might arise from delaying the financial statements, the insurer added.
In March, Wafa Insurance said it was unable to reveal its financial statements as it needs more time to fulfill the required regulatory procedures.
